Sheikh Ahmed Mahrous holds a BA in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the Higher Institute for Islamic and Arabic Studies, and a BA in Arabic Language and Literature and Islamic Law from the Faculty of Dar Al Uloom, Cairo University. 

 

The Sheikh – may God preserve him – is holds on the belief of the Salaf As-Salih, may God Almighty be pleased with them all, and follows their methodology in knowledge, work and Da’wah. He was upon this manhaj from the beginning of his journey in seeking knowledge until now. He has never joined a political party or group, and this is shown through his attachment and attention to the books of the Salaf in general, and the books of Imam Ibn al-Hanbalin particular.  He studied the books of Sheikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn al-Qayyim, and Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Abd al-Wahhab, may God Almighty have mercy on them.

His aims:

He is concerned with seeking and teaching legal knowledge, especially Islamic jurisprudence – and Hanbali Fiqh in particular – which he worked on after acquiring the necessary knowledge of all the glorious Sharia sciences,

He has contributions in the other Islamic sciences, particularly the science of fundamentals of jurisprudence,  Tafsir, Aqeedah and Tawheed.

    He set out to explain a number of books – to students of knowledge – in different sciences, including jurisprudence, Usool, Aqeedah, Hadith and Tafsir- and he completed some of them, and some of them are still continuing until the date of writing these lines, including:

    He gives sermons, Da’wah and lectures in the mosques of “Ansar al-Sunna Muhammadiyah” and others in various regions in Egypt. 

He has appeared on a number of TV interviews on Al-Rahma and Wasfa satellite channels. 

A large number of students of Islamic law in Egypt and elsewhere follow his lessons on Da’wah and Islamic knowledge.

He has been a student of knowledge and in the field of Da’wah for 30 years. He studied under prominent  sheikhs of the da’wa in Egypt, such as Sheikh Waheed Abd al-Salam Bali, who was his teacher for nearly 20 years. Sheikh Wahid Bali gave him Ijaaza in the Islamic sciences and Isnaad. He has general and specific Ijaaza in all the books of Sunnah in reading. 

 

He also attended the lessons and lectures of Sheikh Al-Muhadith Abu Ishaq Al-Hawaini, Sheikh Al-Muhaddith Mustafa Al-Adawi, Sheikh Al-Faqih Abd Al-Azim Badawi and Dr. Educator Ahmed Al-Naqib

He studied the science of hadith at the hands of Sheikh Musaad bin Kamel, may God have mercy on him, the author of ‘At-Tahqeeq Al-Mufeed’. He studied Fiqh and Aqeedah under  Sheikh Farhat Ramadan Al-Nouri.  He also studied Fiqh and Aqeedah at the hands of his sheikh Waheed Bali, may God preserve him. 

He gave explanations of the books of Aqeedah and Seerah in the mosques of Ansar al-Sunna and other mosques.

He previously appeared on TV, but did not complete the programme as he believed that closeness to people and students of knowledge in mosques is a priority in today’s time.

He visited Denmark on a number of occasions for the purpose of Da’wah.

He has contributions and research work that will benefit the ummah and may they be printed, God willing.

Ustadha Yusri holds a bachelors in Social Studies. He received Ijaaza in the Ten Qiraat from Sheikhs in Egypt with a high sanad.

Teachers who he studied Fiqh and Aqeedah under include Waheed Bali who studied under Sheikh Salih bin Uthaymeen, Sheikh Ahmed Naqeeb, Sheikh Ibrahim Shaheen, Sheikh Ibraheem hamdi, Sheikh Salah Abdul Mawjud, Sheikh Ya’qub, Sheikh Muhammad Hawaas, and Sheikh Ghareeb Waheeb.
He also studied under teachers in Saudi Arabia such as Sheikh Khalid al-Masheeqh and Sheikh Ahmed as-Sa’qoob, Sheikh Abdul Ghunaymaan and Dr Sheikh Abdullah Fawzaan.

Ustadh Salah is specialises in the Qira’at and has Ijaaza in the Seven and Ten (Major and Minor) Qira’aat.

He earned his Ijaza in the Seven Qira’t by the way of ash-Shaatibiyyah from Sheikh Isma’il ‘Abd al-’Aaal in 1990 and in the Ten Minor Recitations by the way of Shaatibiyyah and ad-Durra and the Ten Major Recitations by the way of Tayyibah from Sheikh Hasan Ali al-Isnawi al-Muqri in 2009.

He obtained another Ijaza in the Ten Major recitations with Sheikh Sa’eed bin Salih Za’iyma who took his sanad from Sheikh Muhammad bin ‘Abd al-Hamid who was the most prominent sheikhs of Qir’aat in his time. Ustadh Salah also holds a sanad in the Ten Minor Recitations with Sheikh Misbah bin Ibrahim Muhammad who holds the strongest sanad till today (there are only 11 sanads between him and al-Jazariyy) which he gained in 2011.

In the past, Ustadh Salah served as a Quran teacher in Yemen for 3 years in the College of Shariah where he has given Ijaaza in the Seven and Ten Qira’at to many students. He was sent to Kenya where he taught Arabic and Quran in an Islamic centre and worked as a director.

He currently works for the Ministry of Islamic Endowments in Egypt and as an Imam, lecturer and teacher and he gives Ijaza in the Qira’a . He has been sent by the ministry to a number of countries including Canada, Australia and the UK during Ramadan for da’wah purposes.

Likewise, she received Ijaaza from her excellence, Zeinab bint Abduzh-Zhaahir, who read upon Sheikh Imaam Zaahid al-Wari’ Abdur-Rahman bin Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Kassaab ash-Shaafi’ee (a member of the committee which revises the printing of the copies of the Quran in Azhar)
She also received Ijaaza in ifraad from Sheikha Najaat Abu Al-Majd, who read upon Sheikha Ameera, who read upon Sheikh Abdul-Aziz bin Abdul-Hafiz bin Suleiman, who read upon his excellence Imam Uthmaan bin Suleiman Muraad (Sheikh al-Qurraa’) who is the author of ‘Sahib as-Sabeel ash-Shaafi’ who read upon his excellence, Sheikh Hassan bin Muhammad Badeer (known as al-Jarees), who read upon the learned scholar Ahmed ad-Durri al-Maaliki (known as at-Tuhaami), who read upon Sheikh al-Muqri Ahmad bin Abdul-Aziz bin Ahmad bin Abdul-Aziz bin Muhammad (known as az-Zayyaat). He was chosen as one of the top 100 people who participated in spreading the Arabic language by EUTRN, Jordan.

He is an educational consultant for Arabic for the Global Union for Arabic International Schools in 58 countries and has a taught in universities in India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand amongst other and developed curriculums for the Ministry of Education for a number of countries.

Ustadh Aymen has Ijaaza in teaching books of Arabic grammar by Ibn Malik, Ibn Hisham, Sibawyh and Ajroom. He holds lectures on teaching Arabic to non-natives in various educational institutions in Egypt and internationally.

Ustadh Mahmoud graduated with a bachelor in English and a diploma in Education from Minia University, Cairo and holds ijaaza in Hafs, Naafi’, Hamza, Shu’ba and Ibn ‘Amer recitations of the Quran. He has been teaching Quran for many years and has directed and supervised a Quran memorisation centre. He has worked as an English teacher in schools for 8 years.

He has been teaching Arabic, Quran and Tajweed for non Arabic speakers over 5 years now. He’s experienced in teaching Arabic (Fusha/Egyptian dialect) to kids to adults. He is enthusiastic and takes care to correct learners’ errors gently and strategically in a way that suits their needs.

He also studied under Sheikh Ashraf Ibrahim Shalabi Al-Maliki, Sheikh Al-Mohadeth Ahmed Shehata Al-Shafi’i, Sheikh Dr. Akram Radwan Al-Makki, and he had the greatest influence in directing and guidance.

Ustadha Eman is a graduate from the faculty of Arabic Language and Linguistics from the University of Alexandria.
